One of the most important needs for the winter months are warm socks. The lack of proper footwear and warmth causes many health issues for people who are under-housed or lack the resources to buy them themselves.
Lion Dennis stopped by at Westview Centre 4 Women as one of the recipient organizations this year for the Port Dalhousie Lions Club Sock Donation. The 60 pairs of socks will go to those in need to help ensure we can keep feet warm and dry through the winter season.
