Spaghetti Nights
From September to June, join us on the first Wednesday of every month for our all-you-can-eat Spaghetti Night!
Since 1947, the Port Dalhousie Lions Club has been active in the community. Operating in the village of Port Dalhousie in the City of St. Catharines, we serve our community through our events, fundraising, volunteer service.
As Lions, we hold ourselves to the absolute highest standards in everything we do. Our members and are dedicated to serving others, and it shows. We champion kindness in our community and actively work to improve the lives of all people.
At the Port Dalhousie Lions Club, our members gather to serve our community, form friendships in our community, and have fun!
Through the volunteer efforts of our members, the Port Dalhousie Lions Club works to serve our community through our many events, donations to community groups and Lions charities, and service projects. You can read about our service efforts and events in our news updates.
We are proud to support incredible groups and organizations across Niagara through our donations, working to improve the lives of all people!
We support the Lions Guide Dog program and work within our community to support those who are blind or visually impaired.
We support local food banks and organizations who help provide affordable food choices to those in need here in our own community.
We donate money and supplies such as warm socks to organizations in our community who support those who are struggling with homelessness.
The Port Dalhousie Lions Club works to be environmentally responsible in our events, and we are proud to sponsor and clean up Lakeshore Road between Port Dalhousie and Seventh Street twice a year.
We proudly support Children's camps such as Camp Trillium, Camp Ooch, Camp Dorset (Dialysis), Lake Joseph Camp for the Blind, and Cave Springs Camp. In addition, we support children in our Port Dalhousie Schools with sponsorship and special events.
The Port Dalhousie Lions Centre is available for rental and has proven popular for community group meetings, Stag and Doe parties, special events, and celebrations.
Our hall features ample parking for a large gathering, is fully accessible with wheelchair ramp and main floor accessible washrooms, and our full kitchen and bar facilities. Our hall also has a built in PA sound system and wireless microphones suitable for meetings and background music.
Alcohol permits and bar service can also be arranged with proceeds going to support the Port Dalhousie Lions Club.
We are proud to work with Delta Bingo & Gaming and the Charitable Gaming group. Our partnership provides us much needed funding to support important community charities and initiatives through our work in Lionism.
We are thankful to Dine Niagara for providing online ordering and delivery services for our Spaghetti Nights as well as for their partnership through the Dine Niagara Charity Gift Card program.
